Request data deletion

You may ask NexaFlow to delete personal information associated with you, subject to identity verification and any records we must lawfully retain.
How to submit a request
- Email us.
Send your request to nwwwilson@gmail.com with the subject “NexaFlow data deletion request”. - Identify the relevant record.
Include your full name, the email address or telephone number used with NexaFlow, the business or location involved, and a short description of the information you want deleted. Do not email passwords, PINs or full payment-card details. - Complete verification.
We may ask for limited additional information to confirm your identity and protect information from unauthorised deletion. - Receive the outcome.
We will acknowledge and assess the request, explain any lawful exception, and confirm when deletion or de-identification has been completed.
What may be deleted
Where applicable, deletion may cover profile or contact details, support communications, device or access associations, and operational records that can be removed without affecting the rights of others or legal obligations.
Information we may need to keep
Some information may be retained where required or permitted for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, contractual or other legal purposes. Instead of deleting a record, we may restrict its use or de-identify it. Information in backups may remain until the backup is securely overwritten in the ordinary cycle.
Business-managed records
If your information was entered by a business using NexaFlow—for example as part of a purchase, customer account, order or staff record—the business may control that record. We may refer the request to that business or help route it to the appropriate person.
