NexaCredits Terms and Fair-Use Policy

Draft compliance baseline · 6 August 2026

Checkout is not active. No NexaCredit payment should be accepted until Paystack live approval, the OpenAI service connection and a South African legal review are complete.

1. Supplier and service

NexaFlow is a product and business division of Wilsons Technologies CC. NexaCredits are a closed service-use balance for eligible NexaFlow AI services. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, an investment, stored-value banking product or transferable financial instrument. They cannot earn interest or be exchanged between customers.

2. Price disclosure

Before payment, NexaFlow will display the rand price, taxes where applicable, credits supplied, plan period, renewal status and material restrictions. Before an unusually expensive AI task, NexaFlow will display an estimated maximum credit charge and ask the customer to confirm. A price estimate is not a promise that an AI answer will be correct or suitable.

3. How credits are deducted

Chat usage and AI employee work have separate included allowances. Customer voice usage is a paid AI service and is charged to the customer's NexaCredit balance. This includes applicable speech recognition, AI processing and generated spoken responses. Before costly written, image, document or voice work starts, NexaFlow estimates the required credits and reserves that amount from the applicable allowance first, then from the customer's purchased balance. After completion, NexaFlow charges actual measured use and immediately returns unused reserved credits. Work above the disclosed approval limit, or above the available balance, does not proceed without authorised confirmation or a top-up.

Charges may reflect measured model input and output, audio transcription or generation, selected tools, a currency-conversion buffer, a disclosed operating allowance and a reasonable NexaFlow margin. The usage record will show the credits deducted. Failed AI responses are not charged. Permission checks, deterministic routing, reading or replaying an already delivered answer, and essential safety or payment alerts are not charged.

4. Trial and low-data access

The public trial provides five successful economy questions per device and is intended for genuine evaluation. Low-data mode requests shorter responses but does not guarantee a particular mobile-data cost because network operators, devices and third-party speech services may charge separately.

5. Prepaid and monthly credits

Unused prepaid credits do not expire while the service and account remain available, subject to lawful closure and refund rights. Monthly-plan credits and any rollover period will be shown before purchase. NexaFlow will not silently convert a once-off purchase into a recurring debit. Recurring plans require express consent and a clear cancellation method.

6. Refunds and service failures

Nothing in this policy removes rights under applicable South African law. Customers may request a refund of an unused prepaid balance, subject to identity and payment verification and any lawful payment-provider limitations. Where NexaFlow cannot provide a paid service, we will offer restoration, replacement credits or an appropriate refund. Refund requests may be sent to the contact details below and will receive a written reference.

7. AI limitations and human responsibility

AI output may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. NexaFlow is not a lawyer, doctor, accountant, financial adviser, emergency service or government authority. Customers must obtain qualified advice for professional decisions and verify important information. NexaFlow does not guarantee income, savings, profit, employment, funding, legal compliance or any particular outcome.

8. High-impact decisions

NexaFlow must not make final decisions about hiring, dismissal, employee warnings, credit, insurance, medical treatment, legal rights, payments or contracts without meaningful authorised human review. Affected people must have a reasonable way to raise a concern or request human reconsideration where applicable.

9. Fair use

Personal access permits ordinary use on the customer’s own devices. It does not permit resale, account farming, automated bulk extraction, credential sharing across a company, attacks, unlawful content or bypassing usage controls. We may temporarily restrict suspicious activity, but will not confiscate an unused paid balance merely because a customer uses the service normally.

10. Privacy and international processing

Prompts, recordings, account information, usage measurements and technical records may be processed to provide and secure the service. Some service providers may process information outside South Africa. The Privacy Policy explains purposes, sharing, retention, security and POPIA rights. Customers should not submit unnecessary special personal information or another person’s confidential information.

11. Changes

Material pricing or fair-use changes will be communicated before they apply. Changes will not reduce an existing unused prepaid balance without a lawful reason and appropriate remedy. The effective version accepted at purchase will be retained with the transaction record.

12. Complaints and contact

Billing or service complaints may be sent to Wilsons Technologies CC at nwwwilson@gmail.com, telephone +27 76 109 7030, or 3950 Phase 1 Ext 1, Riverside, Meriting, Rustenburg, 0300, South Africa. Wilsons Technologies CC registration number: 2007/105776/23. We will provide a complaint reference and first attempt good-faith resolution. Consumers retain access to applicable regulators, ombuds and courts.

These terms supplement the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If a provision conflicts with a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, that right prevails.
